Day 1Depart for Peru, Fly to Cuzco

Depart for Peru. Early this morning arrive in Lima and connect to your flight to Cuzco with help from our representative. Upon your arrival in Cuzco, meet your Tour Manager and enjoy a scenic drive to your hotel in the Sacred Valley. The balance of the day is at leisure or, join the optional tour to Pisac Village & Market. See a magnificent view of the Urubamba valley and spend the afternoon bargaining with vendors on the cobblestone streets of the Pisac handicraft market. Enjoy a cultural blast as the entire town has been converted into a street market. This evening, enjoy an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager, followed by a Welcome Dinner

Day 2Full Day Machu Picchu

Early this morning, transfer to the Sacred Valley’s Ollanta Station and board the Inca Rail train for Machu Picchu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site virtually unknown to the western world until Hiram Bingham’s rediscovery in 1911. Spend the afternoon viewing the ancient citadel before boarding the train for your return to the Sacred Valley’s Ollanta Station in the evening. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Cuzco

Day 3Quad Bike Tour Maras Moray Salineras

Our transfer will pick you up from your hotel at 08:00 am. Together we will travel to Cruzpata sector close to Chincheros town, which takes about 45 minutes. Over there, you will receive a complete and comprehensive instruction of how to use the quad bikes. Once you know everything about the quad bikes and the tour, the adventure starts under the direction of an experienced guide. Together you will pass through winding trails, climbing hills and encountering humps and steep drops. Afterwards we will continue to the Sacred Valley,We will also attend the archeological site of Moray and the salt mines of Maras. After an amazing ride on the quad bikes we will go back to Cruzpata sector, to head back to Cusco.

Day 4Full Day in Cuzco, Fly to Lima

Enjoy the day at leisure or join the optional morning Half Day Ancient Cuzco Ruins tour.This half day tour explores numerous Inca ruins that all served unique purposes. Start with a visit to Saqsaywaman, an enormous Inca site that overlooks Cuzco and the Sacred Valley. Here observe precision masonry of the massive stones that fit perfectly within one another without requiring any mortar to remain standing walls. Continue on to Qenqo and navigate through the engraved passages and canals of this once active worship site. Afterward, proceed to Puca Pucara, “The Red Fortress”, used by the Incas not only as a control station and look-out, but also to house weapons and provide military support. Continue on to Tambomachay and discover the many aqueducts, canals and also waterfalls used by the Incas as an indulgent spa. Finally, round out the morning on one of the most picturesque quarters in Cuzco, San Blas. Known as the Craftsmen’s District, it houses the city’s most important and popular artists. Time permitting, meet children at a local school before transferring to the Cuzco airport for your connecting flight to Lima

Day 5Tuesday - Return Home

Before booking the Machu Picchu Tours, please read the following information carefully:

BE sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date that you enter Peru.

Please specify if you would require the services of an extra night in Aguas Calientes.

Student discounts: If you are claiming a student discount you must email us a scanned copy of your ISIC Student card immediately after proceeding with the booking form. Only a valid ISIC card is acceptable. If you cannot provide us with a scanned copy of your ISIC card we will charge you the standard adult price. You must take the ISIC card with you on the Machu Picchu Sanctuary as it will be checked. Unfortunately no other forms of student id are acceptable. Children under 16 years old receive a US$20 discount. If you are claiming a child discount you must email us a scanned copy of your child’s passport (page containing photo and date of birth) after proceeding with the booking form. If you cannot provide us with a scan of your child’s passport we will charge .
